How your roof gets done.

Five steps, the same on every job, so you always know what happens next.

  1. Free inspection

We get on the roof, photograph what we find and walk you through it. No charge and no obligation.

  2. Written estimate

An itemized price in writing, built from the inspection. You decide in your own time.

  3. Permit

Most Bay Area cities require a permit to reroof. We pull it and schedule the city inspections.

  4. Installation

Installed to the manufacturer’s written specifications, with photos taken at each stage.

  5. Final inspection & warranty

Where a permit applies, the city inspector signs off. You receive the photo record and your written warranty.

What homeowners say.

Safi came out to inspect it and quickly found the cause. His estimate was very fair and reasonable. He returned the next day to complete the repair. We had two more days of rain afterward and there were no signs of leaking.

I spoke with Safi on Sunday and he was out first thing Monday morning. By Tuesday our gutter was fully repaired.

They worked literally in the pouring rain, quickly, and with a charge that was very fair.

Questions homeowners ask first.

More in our Knowledge Hub, and on our permits and financing pages.

How much does a new roof cost in the Bay Area?

It depends on the roof size and pitch, how many layers come off, the material and access, so we don’t publish price lists. After a free inspection you get an itemized estimate in writing.

Do you pull the permit?

Yes. Most Bay Area cities require a permit to reroof. We pull it and schedule the city inspections as part of the job.

How much is the deposit?

California law caps the down payment on a home improvement contract at $1,000 or 10% of the contract price, whichever is less. We follow that limit.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. We hold a California C-39 roofing contractor license with the CSLB and are bonded and insured. You can look the license up on the CSLB website.

My roof is leaking right now. What should I do?

Choose “Emergency Leak” in the estimate form or phone us at any hour. We arrange to secure the roof first, then quote the permanent repair.
