For active leaks, we offer same-day or next-day scheduling depending on availability. Emergency tarping can be arranged immediately to prevent further water intrusion.
Can you repair from the inside?
Interior repairs (patches, sealants inside the attic) are temporary measures only. A permanent fix always requires access to the roof surface to address the source.
My roof is old — is repair worth it?
We’ll give you an honest answer. If your roof has 5+ years of life left and the damage is isolated, repair is almost always the right call. If it’s nearing end of life with widespread deterioration, we’ll tell you — and give you a replacement quote too.
Will my homeowner’s insurance cover this?
Storm damage, falling trees, and sudden accidental damage are often covered. Wear and tear generally is not. We can provide documentation to support your insurance claim.
