What warranty comes with a new roof from Alpha Eagle?

Every full roof replacement comes with two separate, written warranties:

• Manufacturer warranty (materials). Coverage depends on the product chosen — typically 30 years on architectural asphalt shingles, 40–50 years on premium designer shingles, 50 years on standing-seam metal, lifetime on most clay tile. We register the warranty with the manufacturer at job completion and provide you the documentation.
• Alpha Eagle workmanship warranty (labor). 10 years from the certificate-of-completion date, covering installation defects. Fully transferable to a new owner if you sell the home (one transfer permitted).

The two warranties cover different failure modes: the manufacturer covers material defects (e.g., shingle granule loss before the rated life); we cover installation issues (e.g., a nail driven too high, a flashing detail done wrong). On certified-installer-grade systems (GAF Master Elite, CertainTeed SELECT), we can also issue an extended manufacturer-backed system warranty that covers both materials and our labor for 25–50 years.

What’s not covered (by anyone): storm damage, foot-traffic damage, modifications by other contractors, and acts of God. Those are insurance events — file with your homeowner’s policy, and we’ll handle the repair to insurance specifications.
