From the day our crew arrives to the day we drive away with the final dumpster:
- Architectural shingle, single layer tear-off, simple geometry: 2–3 working days.
- Architectural shingle, multiple layers or steep pitch: 3–5 working days.
- Concrete tile re-roof (lift existing tile, replace underlayment, relay): 4–7 working days.
- Standing-seam metal: 5–10 working days due to custom panel fabrication.
- TPO commercial flat roof: 1 day per 1,500–2,500 sq ft, weather-dependent.
Weather is the biggest variable. We do not tear off a roof if rain is forecast within 48 hours — period. During wet months (Nov–March) we sequence jobs around the forecast and tarp the entire deck overnight if any open area remains.
The total project timeline (signing the contract to crew arrival) is typically 2–6 weeks depending on permit turnaround and material lead times.
